ASU Bookstores Online Refund Policy
TEXTBOOK REFUND POLICY
Full refund
two weeks from the first day of classes with your original receipt.
An
additional two weeks with a copy of your course drop/withdrawal slip and your
receipt.
To receive a full refund, new books must be returned in
brand new condition-no marks on them. Used Books must be in saleable condition.
All returns must be accompanied by an original ASU receipt and ASU or photo ID.
Summer Refund:
5 & 8
week classes:
One week
full refund from the first day of classes with your original receipt, one
additional week with a copy of your course drop/withdrawal slip and your
receipt.
Deadline for short term classes:
One day
Seminars no refunds.
One week or
less class, 1 day from 1st day of class
Two week
class, 2 days from 1st day of class.
Tri-mester
class, 2 weeks from 1st day of class.
Intersession
(8 week classes), 1 week refund
There are
no refunds for textbooks purchased after the above refund dates
General
merchandise must be returned within 5 days of purchase and must be in new
condition with the original packaging.
Non returnable items
Sale items,
course catalogs, books on tape, computer software and diskettes, computer books
with diskettes, study aids and study
guides, test guides, magazines, copy packets, Harvard case studies, opened
calculators and electronics.
Online Textbooks
Same refund
policy applies to textbooks purchased online. You may send them to the ASU
Bookstore at your own cost to:

Please
include a copy of your packing list with the shipment. The customer is
responsible for all packaging and shipment costs. A refund will be issued to your original
method of payment and a receipt will be mailed to your address on file.
Shipping charges are not refundable, unless there was an error on our part.
