#1 - Visit any of the ASU Bookstores (Tempe, West Campus, Poly Campus, and Downtown Campus) to get your FREE Pitchfork Perks Card!
#2 - After you get your card, register online at http://bookstore.asu.edu click on "Login" at the bottom of the left hand list.  Be sure to show your card with every bookstore purchase to begin accumulating points!  Your card must be registered on this site before purchase points will be accumulated on your account!

Pitchfork Perks BENEFITS

The Pitchfork Perks program is unique to the ASU Bookstores, providing our Members with these benefits:

• Entry in the Free Books Drawing! - 10 Drawings for $250 each, good for ASU Bookstore textbooks will be made again for Spring Semester.  Get your Pitchfork Perks Card so you are eligible.  
   
• Water Wednesday! - Each Wednesday, Pitchfork Perks Members buy up to 2 bottles of O'Premium Water for 1/2 price!

• Freebie Fridays! - Each month during the academic year, at least one Friday will be a Freebie Friday - We will email you the date each month.  Come by the store for your Freebie!
   
• Card member only discounts - The ASU Bookstores will have sales throughout the year for members only, offering discounts and special offers
   
• Other Free Stuff! - During the year we will have free merchandise exclusively for our members (school supplies, apparel, beverages, insignia, etc.)
   
• Free Shipping!  On one order of your Holiday gift purchases between Thanksgiving and December 19, 2008 we will ship the merchandise (excluding textbooks) for you by FedEx ground, at our cost, to one address in the continental United States.  Please enter your Pitchfork Perks card number in "Customer Notes" section when you complete your order.
   
• Accumulate points for all purchases over $1.00, excluding purchases of computers.  Your points are good toward ASU Bookstore Gift Cards.  For each $100 in Pitchfork Perks Points, you can redeem for a $5.00 ASU Bookstore Gift Card.  Points available for redemption 45 business days after purchase. 

    
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Registration for the ASU Bookstore Pitchfork Perks Membership Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and condition:

1. The Pitchfork Perks Card must be presented to receive benefits
2. The Pitchfork Perks Card has no cash value
3. The Pitchfork Perks Card cannot be replaced if lost or stolen
4. The Pitchfork Perks Card, associated programs and benefits may be terminated at any time without prior notification
5. The Pitchfork Perks Card benefits, terms and conditions are subject to interpretation solely by the ASU Bookstore
6. Misuse of the member card, such misuse to be at the ASU Bookstores' sole judgment, will result in the termination of the membership, including confiscation of accumulated points and/or gift cards that have been issued.
7. The ASU Bookstore reserves the right to audit accounts and remove all purchase points earned incorrectly.
8. Pitchfork Perks Points have no cash value. Tax consequences of Pitchfork Perks Points awards, if any, are the responsibility of the Pitchfork Perks member.
9. If The ASU Bookstore improperly denies a member an accrual or benefit, liability will be limited to the equivalent of that accrual or benefit.
10. The accumulation of Pitchfork Perks Points does not entitle program members to any vested rights with respect to points or to any awards of the program.
